AT&T is a real champ, I tell you what!

Taking advantage of a fairly large loophole where the FCC has determined they don't have jurisdiction on IP based networks, AT&T has announced they will convert their switched networks to all IP based networks, essentially de-regulating themselves. California de-regulated some telco stuff a few years ago, and AT&T tripled prices.
